Founded in 1979, M & W Engineering is a CNC machining facility with complete CAD CAM capabilities. In our 10500 square feet of manufacturing space, we mill and turn most materials of all shapes and sizes. Including, but not limited to: Custom Aluminum Extrusion, Steel, Stainless Steel and Plastics. We offer parts delivery services up to a 100 mile range via our 20 foot enclosed box truck or 30 foot open flatbed. Service depending on size and cosmetic requirements.

COMPUTER  NUMERICAL CONTROL MILLING DEPARTMENT

Our CNC milling department has complete programing and tooling capabilities, as well as close tolerance milling.  We machine alloys up to 200" in length at 20" width and 100” in length at 40” width

LATHE DEPARTMENT

Our Lathe department has complete tooling capabilities as well as close tolerance turning.  We turn alloys up to 14" in diameter by 40" in length and have complete threading capabilities.

CONVENTIONAL/MANUAL MILLING DEPARTMENT

Our conventional milling department has full tooling capabilities.  We conventionally mill alloys up to 48" in length by 14" in width.

ASSEMBLY  DEPARTMENT

Our assembly department performs a broad range of assembly procedures.  We can rivet components such as brackets, nutplates, spacers, press bearings, bushings, and pemnuts; as well as installing helicoils, keenserts, nuts and bolts.
